Blackberry Z10 A Success, At Least With Verizon

The new Blackberry Z10 is doing incredibly well, if the information being gathered from Verizon is any indication. A recently-conducted analysis of mobile online traffic has shown that Blackberry’s first series of phones with a new operating system actually made up 5.3% of the Blackberry traffic in North America as of the end of last week.

The process of gathering the mobile data proved interesting as well; the operating system and model of phones can be identified, depending on the company. Chitika is one such company. An online advertising network, Chitika can note the identifying information of the phones when web pages are opened that include advertisements hosted by the company. This allowed them to see page views by all Blackberry owners. It is as yet unknown how Blackberry’s Q10 will fare, as no specific release information is available for the United States.

Password Sharing Allows Subscription Viewing Via Internet Service Providers In Chicago Illinois

Those who don’t have subscriptions to cable or own televisions, but who are savvy users of internet service providers in Chicago Illinois appear to be viewing their favorite movies and shows in a novel way: by using other peoples’ passwords. But that doesn’t mean they’re stealing the keys to Netflix accounts: these passwords are apparently being shared willingly. Some of the services being used include HBO Go and Hulu.

Although no extensive research has been done about just how deep the password-sharing rabbit hole goes, opinions have been mixed. Some say that this spells future disaster for sites like Netflix if it isn’t curbed in a timely manner. Others were barely fazed by the news – possibly because of their next-to-no ability to track which of their customers are sharing passwords, let alone try to curtail the behavior.

Is It The End Of Growth For Internet Service Providers In Miami Florida?

According to at least one expert, broadband is now all grown up. But what does this mean for internet service providers in Miami Florida and other companies? Certainly not that broadband has reached the end of the road. Quite the opposite. With the growth phase ending, this also spells the end of the old way of doing things, which includes the building of infrastructure and customer acquisition.

In this new phase, the creation of sustainable business models will be the focus, say many. And it’s about time, with approximately 80% of households in the United stated now having broadband of the fixed line variety. That means the market has matured. Experts say that the best way to build on that maturity, as well as sustaining growth of revenue is to provide differentiated services along with bundling.
